For your Safety
We have taken every possible precaution to assure a comfortable stay in the hotel, but in case of emergency it is of utmost importance that all guests know the emergency procedures which need to be followed in case of fire or other calamity. We kindly ask you to take some time to read following instructions:
Fire
We inform you that the hotel is equipe with a fire detection system. In case of a fire please contact the reception (nr 9 on your telephone), stating your name, the exact location and nature of the problem.
In case of fire:
Safety Exits
The safety exits nearest to your room are indicated on the map which you find in your room close to the door, with the exact positions of the fire extinguishers and safety exits. All the doors in the hotel are electronically equipped with key cards which can not be cloned.
In case you lose your key card, please notify reception who will emit a new key card which will automatically disactivate the previous key.
For your valuables you can use the safety deposit box free of charge which you find in the wardrobe in your room. Please always close doors and windows during your absence from the room, day or night: a sudden thunderstorm could cause considerate damage. Do not leave any personal items unattended on the balcony: during your absence a thunderstorm could blow them from the balcony and cause serious damage to people or objects.
Ambulance
Please contact reception (dialing nr 9 on your telephone), who will make the emergency call for you.
Electricity
The voltage used in the hotel is 220 volt. Before using your own plugs, please check the voltage. All rooms are supplied with electricity through the key card. For your own safety and that of other guests, please do not leave the key card inserted during your absence. Do not leave any items like laptops, mobile phones, electrical razors plugged into the electrical system during your absence; they could overheat and cause a fire!!! You will be held responsible for any damage caused to objects or persons. We remind you that our Italian Fire Precaution,Law, strictly forbids the use of camping fridges, gas, or electrical heaters, hot plates, electrical coffee pots, irons (except the ones provides by the Reception) or other high voltage electrical appliances.
Bathroom Alarm
In every bathroom you will find a S.O.S string, situated near the bathtub or shower, to use in case of emergency only. Please do not create any false alarms.
Medical Service
If you do not feel well and are in need of medical service, please contact our reception staff, who will call a doctor for a house-call. During high summer a medical tourist service is available at the ASL in Bardolino (Distretto Sanitario – Via Gardesana dell’Acqua, 9 – Bardolino, Tel. +39 045 6213108); the surgery opening times will be available at reception.
Pharmacy
The nearest pharmacy is located at 400 mt from the hotel, we will be happy to indicate the exact location.
