Housekeeping Service 
The girls from our housekeeping staff will be cleaning the rooms daily between 09:00 and 15:00 o’clock. If you have any special requests, please contact the chamber maid responsible for your floor. She will be happy to help out if you need any more, items like pillows, blankets or coathangers. Please contact our reception staff for any more specific requests.

Pool Towels
On your arrival day your will find the pool towels in the wardrobe. We remind you to bring your pool towels to your room, which will be replaced with clean ones in the evening.

Air Conditioning / Heating
Inside your room you will find a thermostat near the entrance, with which you can personally adjust the temperature in the room. When the windows are open, the system will automatically shut off; the system does, however, function when the key-card is not inserted. For security reasons to all concerned, please do not leave the key-card inserted when you are not in the room.

Safety Deposit Boxes
Inside your wardrobe you will find an electronic safety deposit box, equipped with an anti-robbery device; when following a wrong procedure or inserting a wrong code, the safety box will be blocked automatically. Reopening of the safety box can be done by management only and, when valuables are already inside the safe, only in the presence of the guest. On departure please leave the safety box door open.

Courtesy Shower and Luggage Room
All departing guests who have flights later in the evening can use our luggage room and courtesy shower free of charge.

Minibar
The minibar could be included or on charge, according to your booking. If you are not sure, feel free to ask the reception. In case, prices are the following: water € 3,00; soft drinks € 4,00; beer € 5,50.

Wake-Up Service
Do you need a wake-up call? Dialing nr. 9 on your telephone, the reception staff will register your request.

Breakfast in Your Room
Do you wish to take breakfast in your room? Please fill out our “coffee-pot” and hang it on your outside doorknob before 06:00 o’clock in the morning; you will then wake you up to the smell of our coffee!

Rules of Common Sense
We kindly ask you to help to maintain the image of the hotel by not hanging out washing on the balcony, and by not passing through or remaining in the public inside areas in bathing suits or bare-chested.
- Please do not leave any personal items in the public areas;
- if you need to store any items, please note that our luggage- and bikerooms are available.
- To avoid any unpleasant misunderstandings, we would like to remind you that it is not allowed to consume personal beverages in the public areas, hall, bar, terrace, pool, nor is it allowed to “reserve” sunloungers with pooltowels; in this case these will be removed by our staff.

4-Legged Friends
Your dogs are welcome! To make sure that both dogs and other guests will have a pleasant stay, we ask you please to have a look at the dog guidelines here. (max 12kg)

Lost & Found
Objects which have been forgotten by guests will be stole away by the housekeeping service for about 2 months. We receommend you to contact us immediately as soon as you realize that you forgot something at the hotel; delivery costs will be charged on the guest.

Internet
Wifi connection is provided in all rooms and public areas. In ordet to gain access to it you need to switch on the wifi on your device, connect to WIFI HOTEL and log in by choosing one of the different options available (Self Service Access, Facebook, Twitter or Google). In case you need any help, please contact the Reception. 2 PCs with internet connection and printer are available next to the reception.

Messages, Fax, Mail & Deliveries
Messages which are addressed directly to you will be delivered in the room. In case you need to send a fax, you can hand your documents to the reception together with your room number. We will send them and return them back in your room attaching the delivery receipt. If you wish to send postcards, you can leave them to the Reception staff.

If you are waiting for a delivery, please let the Reception know. In case you wish to send one, we recommend you to tell us in advance so that we will be able to sort out the required paperwork.


Restrooms in the Hotel
Inside the hotel you will find 3 public restrooms.
- Blu bar = restroom on the lower floor, by elevator to -1 or down the stairs left from the elevator.
- Samsara Pool = restroom in the basement floor, down the stairs to the left of the Samsara Whirpool.
- Sun Bay = restroom in the basement floor down the stairs behind the Sun Bay Wet Bar.
