Hotel Information
Reception
Our Color Receptionists are available daily from 07:30 until 23:00 o’clock for any information, suggestions and queries during your stay.
Our night porter is available during the night, please dial nr. 9 on your telephone if you need to contact him and for emergencies.
Cashier
The cash register for settling your account and returning your key-cards at the reception is open daily. If you intend to leave between 23:00 and 08:00 o’clock, we kindly ask you to settle your account the night before.
The Pools
Relaxation is assured in our pools. Children should be accompanied at all times for security reasons. We kindly ask you to keep silent in the Samsara Whirpool and in the adjacent Lounge.
Table Tennis
If you wish to play table tennis, you will find the equipment available in the garden of the Sun Bay Pool; rackets and balls can be requested at the Pool Bar.
Bicycles
Our city bikes and mountain bikes are available free of charge from 08:00 until 20:00 o’clock. As this service is free of charge (only a deposit of Euro 10,00 per bicycle will be requested) and available to all our guests, it is not possible to book the bicycles in advance and they can be used for up to 4 hours at a time. If you wish to use them for an entire day, the service remains available, but will be charged. We also have E-Mountain Bikes and E-City Bikes available for you on charge: perfect to explore our land.
Please ask reception about availability and pick up the keys for the bicycles.
Gym
The gym room is accessibile from 7:30 to 20:00. We remind you that children under 14 yo can’t use the gym equipment without the supervision of adults.
Massage Area
The massage area is located at the right side of the Lagoon Pool next to the gym. It is possible to book your massage at the Reception. We recommend to arrive to the massage area slightly before your scheduled time.
